MatrixShader is desktop software for Windows that adds real-time GPU-powered visual effects to Windows Terminal. By downloading, installing, or using MatrixShader, you agree to these terms.
The free version of MatrixShader is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use. You may install it on any number of machines you own or control. You may not redistribute the software or claim it as your own work.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not working right, visit our support page. We'll do our best to fix the issue, and if we can't, you'll get a full refund.
MatrixShader is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. A glitch in MatrixShader means a déjà vu. It means something changed. We'll fix it. The software modifies Windows Terminal visual settings; while this is safe and reversible, you use the software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of MatrixShader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
MatrixShader, including its source code, shaders, and visual design, is the intellectual property of its creator. The software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any film studio or entertainment company.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, you consent to receive product updates and promotional emails from MatrixShader. Emails may be sent in a themed, fictional voice (e.g., characters inspired by science fiction). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
